What are you going to do:
Managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships, and developing strong professional relationships;
Qualifying prospective customers. Negotiating and securing contracts with them;
Developing new cases and partnership proposals in order to successfully close deals and maximize profit for the business;
Serving as a trusted product advisor to the customers, providing education on the use and benefits of our products and insights on our industry;
Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs, and communicating the value proposition;
Optimizing and finding new opportunities for growth through analyzing relationships with partners;
Advocate for the customers to internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment of customers’ requests;
Plan and lead regularly occurring business reviews, including strategies, roadmaps, and relevant industry best practices to help meet customer growth objectives.
What you'll need:
Fluency in English;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders across all levels;
Proven track record in senior/enterprise-level account management or a related field;
Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and toggling between strategic and detail modes seamlessly;
Empathetic and customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
Self starter; willingness to both work collaboratively and tackle things on your own with a results-driven mindset;
An understanding and flexibility in working in a high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly;
Sophisticated business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our clients’ businesses;
Nice to have
Degree in Finance/Business related subject;
Expert knowledge of mobile apps;;
Previous experience in fintech or related industries
Advanced Excel skills.
