Strategic Account Manager

What are you going to do:

  • Cultivate strong partnerships and relationships with our clients through proactive engagement, understanding and quantifying their goals, and serving as their primary liaison for addressing inquiries, issues, or escalations;
  • Drive the expansion and growth of accounts by promoting usage, and adoption while identifying opportunities for additional functionality and integration. Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs;
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive proactive customer engagement and successful outcomes. Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner;
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth, revenue, and brand awareness;
  • Advocate for the customers to internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment of customers’ requests;
  • Building expertise in fintech and payments across the team by sharing knowledge to maximize customer acquisition prospects.



What you'll need:

  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • At least one year of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in sales and customer success, and/or partnership management;
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and toggling between strategic and detail modes seamlessly;
  • Empathetic and customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences;
  • Passion for technology and payments industry.
