Following the mix videos feature, YouTube Shorts has once again attempted to get as many users as possible to create short videos. This time, YouTube has introduced a new sticker called “Add Yours.” How will it look and work? We are sharing with you in this post.
The YouTube team has been testing this feature for months and it’s finally working for everyone: the ‘Add Yours’ Sticker! Now each of you will be able to add popular stickers and participate in Challenges from other users. This is roughly what the new feature will look like:
Does that ring a bell? Sure, we’ve seen a similar feature on Instagram and TikTok. However, YouTube has never offered such novelties before. For now, the sticker will only work in YouTube Shorts. Who knows, maybe the feature will work for all videos on YouTube as well.
What do we think about this new product? As we know, there are more than 70 million views on YouTube Shorts daily. These and other novelties encourage more and more users not only to watch Shorts, but also to become creators themselves, which is undoubtedly a plus. Of course, this feature is similar to stickers on TikTok and Instagram. However, we’re sure the ‘Add Yours’ Sticker will work much better in YouTube Shorts than in other platforms.
