That&#8217;s why YouTube has taken care of this problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, new deepfake detection processes will help find such content, as well as automatically notify celebrities when their face or voice is used. This is how the social network fights misrepresentation and misinformation within its community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moreover, YouTube has invented a new \u201csynthetic-singing identification technology\u201d that allows creators to detect the use of their voice to create music products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many major music labels already have entire departments dedicated to AI-based song discovery and copyright battles. YouTube, meanwhile, will make these \u201cbattles\u201d easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">YouTube is also developing a new tool to help automatically recognize the use of celebrities in AI-videos. No more unauthorized self-serving use of celebrities!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here&#8217;s how <strong>the YouTube team<\/strong> commented on it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cSince 2007, Content ID has provided granular control to rightsholders across their entire catalogs on YouTube, with billions of claims processed every year, while simultaneously generating billions in new revenue for artists and creators through reuse of their work. We\u2019re committed to bringing this same level of protection and empowerment into the AI age.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By the way, YouTube has already been busy developing a tool that will allow creators themselves to control the use of their personality with AI.
