Previously, creators could only submit an appeal after they had been suspended from YPP. This won\u2019t be available for all suspensions to start with, but we hope to expand this over time<\/em>\u201d \u2014 the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">statement<\/span> says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creators will now have 7 days to challenge the monetization suspension before the changes go into effect. This time period will be visible in the Earn section of YouTube Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This way, you will have a week to correct the violations or prove their absence, and all this time the video will continue to be <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">monetized<\/span>!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>And it\u2019s important to know that this will NOT reset your 90 day reapplication window if the suspension is upheld. You will still be able to reapply 90 days after your original suspension date, which will be visible in the monetization tab in Studio in step 2 of \u201cWhat should you do next?<\/em>\u201d \u2014 YouTube noted.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Great news, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>YouTube decided to give us Christmas in August?
