We communicate with hundreds of creators around the world every day: both new creators who are just planning to join our network, and those who have been working with us for a long time. Naturally, over the years of our work, a huge pool of the most frequently asked questions that interest our partners has accumulated. So we decided to collect them all together — and provide answers to them! However, the list turned out to be so big that we decided to split it into two parts. So sit back, today you will learn everything about Mediacube (at least half of everything, and the rest — in the next part)!
1. Is AdSense blocked/removed when the channel is connected?
No, your AdSense remains unchanged, it is not frozen or removed. During the cooperation, funds will be transferred to your personal MC Pay account. In case of termination of cooperation — they will be transferred to your AdSense again.
2. Can you remove videos from my channel or steal the channel?
No changes will be made to your channel without your consent. Analysts will indeed have access to your channel for auditing or optimization, but only if you give your consent.
3. If I decide to leave the partner network, how can I do this and within what time frame/under what conditions?
To end cooperation, simply click the Leave Network button in YouTube Studio. Then, your channel will be disconnected within 30 days. There are no penalties for leaving the partner network.
4. What share of revenue does Mediacube get?
The percentage directly depends on the creator’s income and the services they plan to use most often. On average, it is 3-10%, but all figures are subject to discussion.
5. Which popular creators collaborate with you?
We work with 4,500 creators from all over the world. For example, the channel D Billions, which is in the top 100 channels in the world, has been cooperating with us for more than 4 years.
6. What do I need to do to connect to your system?
The connection process is very simple. You sign up on our MC Pay platform directly on the website https://mediacube.io and in the MC Pay app in the App Store or Google Play. Sign up in MC Pay with any email address and password (even if they do not match the YouTube password), then click on the “Add channel” button in MC Pay. After that, we will see your request in our internal system and send you an official invitation to your YouTube Studio. You accept this invitation and become a Mediacube partner.
7. Where is Mediacube located?
We have offices in Cyprus, Portugal, and Poland. Our employees can work remotely and we are not tied to a specific office or country.
8. When will I receive my money?
We make payouts from the 26th to the 31st of each month. However, some of our services allow you to receive money literally every day.
9. Do I need to give the channel password?
No, we do not need your channel password, access to the email linked to it, or AdSense.
10. Is it legal?
We work with over 5,000 channels. And our partners are the biggest YouTube affiliate programs. You can find all the information about our finances on our website – https://invest.mediacube.io/.
Here are some examples of creators we work with: D Billions, RaptorGamer, The Ultimate Expedition, A4, Green TV Entertainment, Smile Family, Akimbo, and many more. We have non-disclosure agreements with some of the creators. But several of the above creators are in the top 100 biggest channels in the world.
We are an official partner of YouTube — we will send you an official invitation to work with us to your YouTube Studio. We work on revenue sharing terms as it is an important requirement of YouTube. All content, videos, channels, everything is yours. We don’t get any passwords or access to your AdSense.
11. How long has your company been established?
We have been working since 2013.
12. For what period is the contract with Mediacube signed?
30 days with the possibility of automatic extension. The terms of cooperation are discussed in detail and fixed in the contract.
13. In your promotional materials, you mention that I can pay my team right in MC Pay, which is convenient. Does the app have a feature where I can indicate what I’m paying for?
Yes, with P2P transfers in MC Pay you can pay your team and employees and specify all the necessary information about the purpose of the payment for reporting.
14. At what point and under what conditions can I refuse to cooperate with you?
We offer an open 30 day contract, which means you can stop working with us at any time and within 30 days everything will automatically go back to AdSense as it was before.
15. Do you have a program and help/collaboration on Instagram/TikTok/Snapchat etc.?
We are an official partner of YouTube and Facebook and currently work only with these platforms.
16. Will Mediacube help in cases of demonetization/strike/blocking?
In such cases, we do everything in our power, but we always warn creators that we cannot give a 100% guarantee of a positive resolution to the issue.
17. Can I withdraw my income to an account in another country?
Yes.
18. What tax will I pay on US views?
Same as in AdSense.
19. What does the cryptocurrency withdrawal rate depend on and why is it so unprofitable?
In addition to our fee, we also have a conversion rate that is set by the exchange we work with.
20. Is your company, through which transfers are made, one of the financial institutions whose data is involved in any tax exchange?
Our company is not a regulated organization (banks, brokers), therefore, there is no automatic exchange with tax authorities of both the EU and the CIS on tax and other data of users. Each such case of a request (if any) will be considered by us separately, but during the period of work, our company has received no such requests.
21. Is there any agreement attached that establishes our cooperation?
Yes, you can download the contract for your channel/channels, if there are several, in your personal account.
22. Will there be a manager provided for easy communication, or will it be email communication on specific issues?
During the cooperation, you will be assigned a personal manager with whom you will be able to communicate on any issues related to the channel or YouTube in any form convenient for you.
23. Mediacube gets access to my entire channel? Is that safe?
Not exactly. We get access to analytics and the Main Page, which lets our Support quickly respond to any possible problems or issues that appear on the channel, as well as conduct analytics of statistics and traffic on the channel in case of possible deviations from the norm.
In addition, our agreement with you stipulates our full responsibility for the confidentiality of all data that the creator provides to us.
24. Will my personal manager help me with content creation with advice on my niche and competitor analysis?
Your personal manager is, first of all, an expert on YouTube, MC Pay, and all related issues in these areas. They will be able to answer any question about the platform and our system and will be in touch with you.
As for the creative part, the manager does not create such content and cannot claim to act as a producer or content maker. HOWEVER, given our vast experience and expertise, in some cases we help with advice on working with content.
25. Does money come to MC Pay the same way as in AdSense?
Here’s how it works. Let’s say you connected to us on January 10. This means that the income that will then accumulate in your MC Pay account will start to be counted from January 10.
At the end of February, your AdSense will receive your income for January up to the 10th, and MC Pay will receive the amount for January 10 – 31.
At the end of March, you will receive the full amount for February in MC Pay.
All funds that you earned before January 10 will come to your Adsense, and you will be able to withdraw them through AdSense at any time, your connection to us will not interfere with this in any way.
26. What are the requirements for connecting to Mediacube?
Typical requirements include having an active channel with a certain number of subscribers and watch hours, as well as following YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
Connecting to Mediacube can increase revenue through improved monetization, access to exclusive advertising campaigns and branded integrations.
Mediacube helps with promotion through audience analysis, advice on your content, and the use of internal and external advertising resources to increase reach.
